How to check your patent has been published or not? follow the given steps

1. Open any browser and visit : https://ipindiaservices.gov.in/publicsearch

   this will redirects you to official website of IPR India.

2. Enter your application number in the (Please Enter Application Number)Tab

   You need to enter the patent number which is provided by the ipr team by the time of filing a patent or if your advocate done this job for you so kindly ask the application number and enter here

3. Scroll down and enter the captcha in the bottom

   Write down the captcha text her and press Search

4. You will able to see the patent on the application status on the screen
